Eight formats, one studio. Beginners and long-time practitioners share the same room, and the teacher cues every posture out loud.

26 & 2 Hot Yoga

The traditional 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, taught the same way every time so you can measure your own progress.

A set sequence in a heated room. Beginners work beside long-time students, because the postures stay the same and the depth is yours to choose. Our teachers hold a 26/2 certification and cue every posture out loud, start to finish.

Inferno Hot Pilates

High intensity, low impact interval training in the heat. Pilates principles and plenty of sweat.

Interval work on a mat in the hot room: core, legs, glutes and shoulders, scaled up or down by how hard you push rather than by adding load. Easy on the joints, hard on your resolve.

Yin & Restorative

Long, quiet holds for the connective tissue, and fully supported restorative postures for deep rest. The slowest classes on our schedule.

Yin holds floor postures for several minutes to work the connective tissue; restorative goes further, supporting the body completely so it can let go. Good after a heavy training week, good for stiff hips and backs, good for anyone who needs the volume turned down.

Functional Strength & Mobility

Too many of us walk around in a body that is broken, living with pain and limited mobility. These classes teach you how your body actually works.

Our schedule keeps growing toward mobility and strength training: joint-by-joint work, loaded ranges and the drills that carry over into how you move outside the studio. Watch the schedule for new times as we add them.

Hot & Heavy

Group weight lifting in the warm room. Load, reps and a room full of people doing it with you.

A coached group lifting class in the warm room: compound lifts and accessory work with weights you choose, scaled to where you are. Build real strength alongside everyone else on the floor.

Before you come

Good to know

I have never taken a hot class. Can I start here?
Yes. Every class on our schedule is open to all levels, and the 26 & 2 sequence in particular is built for beginners: the postures never change, so you learn them once and then work on depth. Tell your teacher it is your first class and they will keep an eye on you.
Do I have to book before I show up?
Yes. Everyone registers and prepays online. Create your account first, then book the class you want on the schedule.
What should I bring?
A mat, a towel and more water than you think you need. Come hydrated and try not to eat a heavy meal in the two hours before a hot class.
When should I arrive?
A teacher opens the studio 30 minutes before class to answer questions and get the room ready. Please arrive before class starts, since class begins on time every time.
What does it cost to try?
New students get 14 days of unlimited classes for $39. After that, drop-ins are $25, a 10 class pass is $155, monthly unlimited is $99 with no contract, and yearly unlimited is $1095.
Are classes cancelled often?
Rarely, but it happens. Keep notifications on in your Mindbody account so you hear about a change as soon as we make it.
